    I recently hired Perfect Cleaning for a thorough cleaning at my house and I was very impressed with how they did. The team was professional, on time, and really focused on the details, making sure every part of my home was super clean. Booking was easy and customer service was great, keeping me informed all the way. The service they provide is really good value. I definitely suggest Perfect Cleaning to anyone needing reliable and good quality cleaning services. They really make an effort to meet their clients’ needs!

    The team appears to have good intentions

    The team appears to have good intentions, but there were some issues during my experience. The cleaner left the water running in the bathroom, causing a leak, and I had to take apart the bathtub to fix it. I also noticed that my new vacuum cleaner was broken, but the cleaner wouldn't acknowledge it. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I didn't receive any compensation for either issue. As a result, I decided to cancel the service.

    Watch out.

    Watch out. Signed up with this firm, and right after sharing my email, I was flooded with unsolicited sales/marketing emails from various sources. The emails just keep coming... I got a survey about my home and a phony missed call (one ring). When I returned the call, they said 'oh, we don't serve your area' even though my postcode is in their zone. Quite an odd situation.

    The apartment was not properly cleaned

    The apartment was not properly cleaned before my tenants moved in. There was still dirt and dust everywhere. It looked like an average job at best. I raised the issue, and they said they’d send someone for an hour to fix it. The cleaner only stayed 20 minutes and then left. I wouldn’t use their service again because they didn’t finish the job properly.
