    Yesterday, I had this air duct cleaning service at my house, and honestly, it didn’t go as expected. The guys who came over skipped using any vacuum equipment, which I thought was a basic part of the job. Plus, they didn’t even touch the washing machine duct, which was one of the main things I needed done. I’m left feeling like the service didn’t hit the professional mark I was hoping for and didn’t address the problems I had. I really need them to look into how the cleaning was done and come back for a proper job, with vacuuming and all ducts taken care of. Hope to get a response soon to sort this out.

    I am almost positive this place is a scam. I scheduled an appointment online, the next morning I got a text from someone saying they would be here at 830AM. 8:45 rolls around and they say they are stuck in traffic. 9:00AM they call me and say they are in my driveway. I look outside, nobody in my driveway. I call the "technician" who gives me an address in Georgia, while I am in Kentucky! I called the company which seemed like a generic overseas call-center and told them what happened and I wanted to cancel. As soon as I said that, the guy suddenly pretended he could not hear me and hung up on me. 30 minutes later someone else called back and said "We've been trying to reach you for your appointment!" I blocked their numbers and if someone shows up they will not be allowed anywhere near entering my house.
