  • I just want to say how happy I am with Tineco’s customer support. They made everything really simple, the instructions were easy to follow, and I didn’t spend any money to get my vacuum replaced. It arrived fast, and the whole thing went smoothly from beginning to end. When my vacuum stopped working, I thought it was a big problem because I use it all the time. It cleans up every tiny bit of dirt, and nothing else comes close. What made me feel good was that I didn’t have to look everywhere for help, Tineco put all the info I needed right on the vacuum itself. Also, customer service replied quickly, which made things easier. Honestly, the whole thing was so good that I’ve been telling all my friends and coworkers about this vacuum and telling them to get one too. That’s how much I like both the product and the great service I got. Tineco really went the extra mile, and I’m so happy I picked them! Thank you, Tineco, for not just supporting your product but for treating your customers with real respect and care. It’s not often you find a company that really cares about its customers like you do. You’ve got a loyal customer for life, no jok!

    BHO CHIMNEY SWEEP

The worker ANAT Air Duct Cleaning came on behalf of BHO Chimney. The visit made sense for the dryer vent cleanig job, but things didn’t go as planed. I was told $79 for the dryer, but that turned into $149 due to a 2-side clean. I was ok with that after it was explained. But then, 10 mins later, the cost jumped to $294 becuase they switched out a ‘plastic’ flap we already had. So $149 to clean, and $144 just to put back a flap (using what we already had)??
