    I gotta say, finding a cleaning service like Alma’s team feels like hitting the jackpot. They totally get us, customizing everything to fit our needs.     I am almost positive this place is a scam. I scheduled an appointment online, the next morning I got a text from someone saying they would be here at 830AM. 8:45 rolls around and they say they are stuck in traffic. 9:00AM they call me and say they are in my driveway. I look outside, nobody in my driveway. I call the "technician" who gives me an address in Georgia, while I am in Kentucky! I called the company which seemed like a generic overseas call-center and told them what happened and I wanted to cancel. As soon as I said that, the guy suddenly pretended he could not hear me and hung up on me. 30 minutes later someone else called back and said "We've been trying to reach you for your appointment!" I blocked their numbers and if someone shows up they will not be allowed anywhere near entering my house.

    I've been with Dallas Maids for a while now, and it's been such a relief having them around. Last week, Evelyn came by to clean, and she was just fantastic. She zoomed through the house, making sure everything sparkled. She didn’t miss a thing, even the little spots I usually overlook.
