    Before they even showed up, they ended up rescheduling our appointment three times. When they did end up finally showing up, they looked at our fireplace for less than 10 minutes, deemed it as 'unfixable' and quoted us $4,000 to replace it! We ended up being able to fix it and get it working that same night after they left. I would highly recommend a different company for any fireplace repairs!

    I gotta share about my recent experience with Dallas Maids. The cleaner showed up right on time and jumped straight into action. I had a bunch of extra tasks lined up, and she took everything in stride, working tirelessly for eight hours to make sure every corner of my place sparkled. She was super focused and didn’t leave until everything was absolutely perfect. I've already lined up my next appointment because honestly, I don’t think I could trust anyone else to do such a thorough job. If you're looking for a cleaning service that really goes above and beyond, these are your folks. Can't wait for them to come back!

    If I could give a negative overall rating I would!! If you are looking for a dryer vent or air duct cleaner and BHO pops up......RUN!!! After my horrible experience which included damaged walls from ceiling filters falling, ceiling vents he refused to put back up, and a dryer he left taken apart - I called the office - she insisted in talking over me - then hung up on me!!!
