You won't believe the mess I had with this cleaning service. I'm disabled and really needed help with some basic chores like taking out the rubbish and mopping. I made it super clear what I needed, but they never asked for any details or mentioned limits. First time they came, they skipped some surfaces and didn't even bother using the mop I provided. The second time was even worse. I booked a standard clean, but the cleaner insisted it was a deep clean. She started taking photos without asking and then called someone, describing my place in a really rude way. The company rep later called me, shouting and blaming me for the mix-up. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to a refund. It was such a frustrating experience, and I felt totally disrespected. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
