    I ordered a plant as a gift for a friend, and things didn’t exactly go as planned. The box showed up looking like it had been through a storm, and the vase was in pieces. I reached out to Customer Service, not really expecting much, but they surprised me. They got back to me super fast and promised to send a new plant right away. True to their word, the replacement arrived in no time and was absolutely perfect. I was really impressed with how they handled everything. It turned a not-so-great situation into a positive experience. It’s nice to see companies that actually care about making things right for their customers.
