One hiccup solved quickly
Our set arrived with a bag of bolts missing from one box. I emailed photos, got a response the next morning, and the hardware shipped that week. Assembly took a bit longer but the result is lovely. The courier scuffed a corner on a separate order once and that replacement was handled as well. If you are buying near peak season, give yourself buffer time. The furniture itself feels worth it.
