I secured a decent deal with this company, but I must express my dissatisfaction with their customer service. Despite completing the online purchase for $1,700 worth of items, the incessant emails claiming the items were still in my cart persisted for days and weeks after payment. The real frustration kicked in when the purchased items, taking 2-3 months to arrive, unexpectedly showed up on my porch without any prior tracking information. To top it off, they misspelled my last name on the FedEx label, and there was no follow-up regarding the delivery. While the deal was good, their service deserves only 3 stars.

Well, I'm very disappointed.

Well, I'm very disappointed. They canceled my order without first talking with me and without providing a reason. When I wrote them and asked why Customer service wrote back and said oh the price was an error and we don't have to honor it. That is false. In this country the law says that if you publish a price you have to honor it. What they're saying is that you should never trust anything that we say or do on our website. Buyer beware this is a company that you really should stay away from it is unethical and they don't stand behind their product or any of their practices. Go elsewhere.

Ordered a bench from France and Son, only to be informed it was sold out and promised a refund. However, 8 months later, numerous calls and emails have yielded no reimbursement. The customer service consistently echoes empty assurances without delivering results. This company is unreliable and definitely not worth recommending.
