I bought 7 lights from this company. Literally every one of them had an issue. The 5 pendants I ordered were supposed to come in gold with gold finish and gold cord. They were all black, with clear cords AND they didn't cover US junction boxes. Issue two, I ordered 3 pendants, they charged me for the longer cord I ordered but didn't initially send it so it went up in my new build when I was 3 hours away to immediately fix it. They finally sent longer cord but again, I'm clear. These pendants were very similar to some from West Elm but I thought the gold cord would make it look nicer which is why I chose these. The one sconce I ordered again didn't have the right size canopy and you could see the junction box around the perimeter. I took it down so the movers wouldn't break it and before putting it back up, figured I'd switch the canopy myself. The one they sent won't fit the light that needs to attach to it. I'm at my end. I cannot tell you how many emails have been sent, I am so discouraged I don't even want to open the gold pendant canopies and cord because I've lost all faith this will ever be resolved.

I missed the extra $9.95 charge for damage protection before placing my order. After asking about it, I received a quick email saying, “If packages are damaged during shipping, we can file claims which might take up to 3 months :( With Damage Protection, we skip waiting for the courier's dispute - if it arrives damaged, just send us photos or a video clip - we can process a replacement immediately :)” I’m grateful for the fast and helpful customer service and the option to remove the protection; but since the package was from China, I saw the benefit of having the damage protection. I LOVE the Crystal Eye Table Lamps. They do a great job of lighting up a dark wall that’s far from windows.

Agreed this company is sketchy…I would caution anyone considering a buy. I purchased a ceiling light that arrived in late April. Unfortunately I didn’t hire an electrician to install until this month. The only directions received were in Chinese and according to the master electrician hired it was missing parts. When I contacted the company for a refund and to arrange a return I saw that they also charged me $9.95 for “damage protection”, something I didn’t in fact order or receive. In looking up damage protection on their website it was packaging material! They refuse to refund because I’m past the 14 day return policy. This company is not legit!’

I bought new handles from Alamo. It took them two months to deliver them. When I reached out to PayPal about not receiving my order, it only took 5 days to receive it. When I finally got my order, it wasn't exactly what I expected based on the picture on their website. It's similar but not identical. Their responses are quick when I contact them through PayPal, but they aren't helpful. They insist it's the same handles as on their website, but it's clear that it's not. I wish I could upload pictures here on Trustpilot to show the difference.

I recently worked on my home and discovered Residence Supply to be a real find! The team was very helpful and guided me to the right products. Their range of fixtures, appliances, and materials was excellent and reasonably priced. The store was neatly arranged and simple to move around, making it easy to locate items. The service was outstanding—they even offered to order something that wasn't available. I strongly suggest Residence Supply for any home upgrade. They really go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy.

Upon expressing my dissatisfaction and returning it, obtaining a refund became an arduous process. Despite their assurance of crediting me, I've yet to receive the refund, with unhelpful responses and suggestions to contact my credit card company. The overall experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Take heed of the single-star ratings. My encounter with this company was dreadful, marked by subpar goods, dreadful service, vague responses, and unfulfilled promises of callbacks. Whenever contacted, they plead ignorance about crucial details. They dispatched faulty items that arrived damaged, yet restitution remains incomplete. Steer clear of this company.

We just bought a bunch of switches, dimmers, and plug assemblies to try out before getting them for our whole house. We're really happy about it and can't wait to have them all over our house soon. The products look really good, feel strong when we hold them, and are exactly what we wanted. Thanks a lot!

I had to redo my entire house and get new furniture. I heard about Evelyn and Jopoy and they were nice to work with. They had good ideas for my house and listened to my style. They furnished everything and I'm happy with it. They were always nice and on time. I recommend them. They are good designers.

Their agent kept bugging me, haha! I wanted to know switch prices for my home. They kept asking about my house reno every few days. Funny thing, Ram always called when my designer was around. Ended up ordering Night Black with Brass and Bronze with Patina switches. They're good. Thanks, Ram!

Great variety of lights for any need, all at fair prices. Received updates on my order often and it arrived on time. I mis-measured, but returning and getting a new light was easy. Residence Supply's customer service is efficient and nice. Dealing with their staff was a pleasure. Good job!

I bought 5 lights from Residence Supply. 4 were fine, but the last one (Marianne Chandalier) was badly packed. It came broken in many spots. I emailed them. They offered to fix it, but I said no. I want a new one or my money back. No response yet...

They send quotes fast, prices are good, and orders ship quick too. You can track everything through Shop Pay, so you know when to expect your stuff. This will be the first spot I check for electric parts and fixtures. Happy I found them!

Everything is fine so far. I've only had them installed for a bit and they perform well. I sent the area dimensions to Residence Supply, and they gave the correct number of lights needed and the model to use.

Nop is a real pro, great at design, from hardware to bringing rooms to life. We're thrilled with how our home makeover turned out. Our room looked totally different! We'll definitely use their services again.

Dreadful return policy. 50% restocking fee for unopen product! Plus, shipping cost! Shameful and maddening. If you fancy something, find maker and buy from them. Much cheaper. I won't shop there again.
