1. Our cleaning was canceled because the dog got out. The cleaners left without cleaning even though we let them know a neighbor was coming to secure the dog. They still charged us $35 for cancellation. 2. We booked again for two days later and they charged us $20 for a “late booking.” 3. We didn’t get the $20 discount for regular cleanings, even though we’ve had them regularly for months and more were planned. 4. They added a $15 charge for laundry folding, which was added that morning. We had actually asked for it two weeks ago, but when I checked the night before, it still wasn’t added, so we folded it ourselves. We had to pay for it anyway because we’d requested it, even though it wasn’t useful to us. 5. In the end, we paid for 1 hour and 8 minutes of cleaning in a small one-bedroom apartment in Colorado: $35 for cancellation + $109 for cleaning + $20 for no discount + $20 for late booking + $15 for laundry folding = $199.

My daughter spent more than $200 for a deep clean of her apartment in Dallas, Texas. Nobody came to clean, and instead, she received photos of another apartment with a message saying the cleaning was done. When she reached out to customer service, they told her they wouldn't refund the money because the picture of the wrong apartment was enough to prove her place was cleaned. Don't waste your money on this service unless you like taking chances!
