Ordered a putter, came in wrong. They couldn't guarantee the replacement would come in correct either. How do you get any order right when they know that can't confirm accuracy? I have an idea how....do NOT do business with them. No matter how much help I asked for their attitudes and professionalism never improved. Not even the supervisor would help. I had to drive an hour to get my money back all they way across Dallas at 5pm on Friday to solve their problem. They just aren't worth it.

Disappointed with the company's lack of customer service. My mom purchased items for my brother-in-law's birthday, including a scout light pro. Unfortunately, it arrived incomplete and dysfunctional. Despite returning it, the company retained the $350, offering a vague explanation about refunds. This experience feels like a blatant robbery, leaving our family frustrated and questioning the company's integrity. The absence of accountability is disheartening, raising concerns about the company's ethical standards and customer care.
