    I ordered the Christmas jingle bell ornaments that are personalized. See pics. Gossby sent proofs of the ornaments in my confirmation. All seven of them have the name and year in alignment. When I receive my order, four of them were not aligned at all. They told me they could not be fixed and that it was normal for the print to not align. I paid $100 for seven ornaments. They refunded me $41. I'm stuck with a set of family ornaments that are not usable. And there's no way to directly review their products on their site. Very disappointed.

    I placed an order in early November. I promptly received confirmation and an email with tracking. Now almost a month later the product has not arrived and the tracking number has no activity, still show at label created status. I have reached out to the company 4 times for an update and received zero responses. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to advise this was a fraudulent charge. Buyers beware!

    Better be aware this company is a flat out scammer, they’re using the Carhart name to steal from their customers Attempted to purchase never received the item after multiple request for a refund. They’ve completely stopped answering me. They have multiple complaints on the Better Business Bureau website.
