My order was sent out quickly, but it's been over a week and I still haven't gotten it. They said it was delivered, but it wasn't. I emailed customer service, but haven't heard back. I wouldn't suggest this company. Try to find a local option instead. They're based in Turkey. If they can't be bothered with customer service, it's best to steer clear.

Man, got this cardigan, right? Tried to put it on, and bam, it ripped – quality was a total letdown. Paid £18 for it, and when I wanted to send it back, they hit me with a £15 return shipping fee. So, I'm looking at a whopping £3 refund. To top it off, I tried to drop an honest review, and guess what? They straight-up blocked me. Talk about shady moves – lying and hiding all the bad vibes. If I could give them zero stars, I totally would. The dress rolled in all wrinkled, and the tag seemed like it went through a war – ripped and taped back on. Plus, no ribbon between the sleeve and the neck? Smells like someone used it and then did the return tango. Absolutely steer clear of these folks. Customer service? Non-existent. Save yourself the trouble – that's a hard pass.

I placed an order for several outfits and scarves, and although they arrived on time, the sizes were incorrect. Upon returning the items, I was surprised to find that they deducted delivery charges individually for each item. What's more, one of the outfits, which cost £34, was neither refunded nor any information provided about its whereabouts. In total, they took £60 from me. The customer service experience was less than satisfactory, with constant mix-ups and different excuses. My advice: steer clear, don't place an order, and save yourself from these troubles.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, This company is total waste and will steal your money. They send you products with wrong size ask you to send pictures then say they can’t help because measurements were stated on the website. Even defective item will cost you money to refund. I wanted to return items that was defective and two didn’t fit it showed after return fee I will be left with less than half of what I had paid. I will not be shopping with this company again.

Honestly, they're hit or miss. Sometimes you can find good deals, but other times it's a total scam. I saw this scarf that was supposedly on sale for a hundred bucks, but when I checked the original brand's website they had it for way cheaper. And their stuff is from different Turkish brands, so the quality is a toss-up. Make sure you research the brands before you buy, or you might end up with some crappy clothes.

I ordered some hijabs for my medical condition almost a month ago, and everything seemed fine until FedEx, their courier, claimed to have delivered my package and even signed for it. But guess what? I never received anything! And to make matters worse, there was no phone call or anything, just an update saying it was delivered. I have filed a complaint with both FedEx and Modanisa, but they keep closing the case saying that FedEx says the delivery was fine. Well, I call BS. They are not taking responsibility for their mistakes and it feels like I have been robbed. I paid for my order, waited patiently, and now I have nothing. I trusted this site and now I feel like they have just taken my money and run. They keep telling me to talk to FedEx, but this is their responsibility as a company. It's not my job to sort out their delivery issues. Overall, this has really damaged their credibility and trust in my eyes. I just want my hijabs, but it seems like they don't care about their paying customers.

about my experience with this company. So, I made this huuuge order and ended up returning most of the stuff. Honestly, they were pretty quick with getting my order to me, but man, the whole return thing? It was a freakin' nightmare. this company is a total bust. They don't give a crap about the customers when a problem pops up. I've complained three freakin' times and they haven't done jack to fix it. The latest issue was on August 16th and it's still not fixed. I'm a freakin' platinum member and I'm seriously disappointed. I lost 100 points and they didn't even hook me up with my €75 discount voucher.
