I was excited to receive the two bras I ordered as they were supposed to provide lift. It took a long time before I received them. I even got a letter from the company saying they were checking to see what the hold up was. The bras were way too small, very uncomfortable and didn’t lift anything. So, here comes the return nightmare…they want you to fill out a return paper with invoice number, tracking code and service number. Even the place where I posted it didn’t know what that meant but guessed it was USPS.com. The price to ship it back, 17.00. I haven’t gotten the money back as yet, it’s been a week.
Opposite situation with an Anita bra. The return sheet and FREE shipping label came with the box! I retuned it and ordered two more in a slightly larger size. Huge difference.
