    Ordered a xmas oresent in november. Beginning of december they said they messed up the order and will send a replacement. I just want what i ordered. Ive since asked to cancel the order and get no reply

    I have purchased many suits from Mens Tuxedos and Mens USA. They are scam business and very crooked. The last suit I purchased was a disaster, as with all the other purchases I have made. But this was the worst. They sent me a different shade and pattern from what I had ordered and the suit was extremely tight, not the size I had ordered. When I contacted them, they said I had to send it back at my own expense. I did. But when I received a refund, they had charged me a $25 fee plus shipping the suit to me. On the website it clearly states Free returns and no fees. These businesses should be shut down. Customer service is terrible, non-existent. NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!
