I really enjoy discovering new styles on Avenue's website and in their catalogs. I used to shop at their store in town, but it shut down a while back. I thought I wouldn't be able to find them again. Their clothes are cool, not too pricey, and they always make me look good when I wear them.

The Avenue is always on time

The Avenue is always on time with my orders. No waiting for 2 months to find out the item isn't coming. Clothes come packed well, so they're safe. But, besides shipping, Avenue offers a lot. When it says "butter soft" for denim, it's really soft. You don't need to wash it many times to wear. Prices are good, especially during sales.

Every time I order from Avenue

Every time I order from Avenue, I get good stuff at a good price. The sales are good. The sizes are always the same and they fit just right. The ads show what you get. I am plus size and I can always count on a good fit and a good look. Their clothes aren't just bigger, but made to fit my curves. Everything arrives on time. I like the way they do business.

The refund policy is laughable. Customer service is non-existent and indifferent; they dismiss you like they're doing a favor. I won't buy from this company again, and I'll warn everyone I know to steer clear. Awful company.

This seemed impractical and showcased a lack of flexibility in customer service. As a long-time patron, I expected better and am now considering alternatives like Lane Bryant and Woman Within. Extremely bad experience! Placed an order and received a misleading "Welcome Back" email offering free shipping on the next order. Attempted to use the provided promo code, faced issues. Customer service advised logging out, placing the order as a guest – an absurd solution. Eventually got free shipping but then encountered payment issues with the same card used yesterday. The hassle of navigating the site and dealing with these problems is too much. Won't be a returning customer; the convenience is not worth the trouble.

My online interaction with this company left me dissatisfied. I used a $29 store credit to purchase two pairs of shoes, paying an additional $45. Upon returning an ill-fitting pair, I discovered they issued store credit instead of a cash refund. Unethical, right? Despite my $35 refund request (less than my out-of-pocket expense), they insisted on store credit. This feels manipulative, forcing me to shop with them again. The limited coverage of store credit on subsequent purchases adds frustration. I simply want my hard-earned cash back, not store credit. The clothing selection is unappealing, and I deserve the freedom to decide where my money goes.

I purchased boots, but the sizing was consistently off. Despite returning and reordering multiple times, the issue persists. Now, I've acquired three pairs, returned one, ordered another, and have an extra waiting for a return label. Despite sharing six pictures, the promised free label is yet to arrive. Disappointment lingers in this frustrating experience.

The only store I used to go to was Avenue. Now there are no stores and there are no promotions and coupons. It's very hard to return things without a store around. I just bought a blouse. It's too big. But I'm too busy to go to the post office and return it.

The quality of your clothes is very cheap. I was really disappointed with how poorly made my items were and how cheap they felt. I will not be ordering anything else ever again.
