    Firstly, I must mention the ship is very nice. The decor is pleasant, and the rooms are spacious and well-organized. It might be smaller than Seaboard and Silversea but it still stands out. The balconies are large, and even though I wasn't sure I'd use mine on an Antarctic cruise, I found myself using it every time a beautiful view appeared.

They offered a nice discount on the already good price listed on the website. They also provided helpful information on cabin availability. A confirmation email came right away. I have used this service several times before and have always been happy with it.

    I bought upgraded airline seats because my husband is big. Despite paying for them and being promised aisle seats in business or first class, we ended up in economy. I am still waiting to get my refund.
