    First off it was supposed to be a free trip we won, had to pay $598. Then we finally booked a place for 2/12/26, received a call 2/5/26 that the hotel we had booked (which costed us another $187) had cancelled our reservation. So we have $785 dollars, into this now. They will not refund anything, not even the $187 (they did credit our account). But what about all the travel arrangements we had made to get to Gatlinburg, etc. nothing and they don't care. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. What a waste of time and money, DO NOT DO IT!! I will not be attending any timeshare crap as I already have a bad taste in my mouth and will not waste my time as I will not be doing any more business with them. I have called several times and get nothing. Just ridiculous! I have never dealt with a company this horrible. Save you time and money, go somewhere else!!

    I booked a flight through eSky and paid in full. The airline later cancelled the flight. eSky confirmed that they received my payment and that the cancellation was initiated by the airline. However, instead of processing the refund, eSky informed me that I may have to wait 3–6 months because they are waiting to receive the funds back from the airline. I find this unreasonable. As a customer, I paid eSky directly. I should not be required to wait several months due to internal financial arrangements between eSky and the airline. Under EU passenger rights regulations, refunds following airline-initiated cancellations should be processed without undue delay. Customer service responses have been polite but unhelpful, simply repeating that this is their “standard procedure.” At this point, I have filed formal complaints with the relevant authorities. I would strongly advise future customers to consider booking directly with the airline to avoid similar issues.
