    This company should be avoided. TravelBusinessClass took payment but failed to properly ticket the flight, leaving us in limbo with vague emails, delays, and shifting explanations. Despite written assurances, the service completely broke down and we were told to wait while they “request” a partial refund from the airline — with no guarantee, no timeline, and no responsibility taken. We were forced to make alternative arrangements at significant cost. This was a stressful, unprofessional experience and felt dangerously close to a bait-and-switch. I strongly recommend staying away

    Stuck in Vegas for way too long, waiting for a flight to Seattle that just didn't want to happen. Three cancellations, can you believe it? Finally, when we got a flight to LAX, we sat around for an extra three hours because they were missing a flight attendant. They kept saying someone was on the way, but it felt like a bad joke. We finally boarded, thinking we were good to go, only to sit on the tarmac for another hour. The pilot came on and said, surprise, no flight attendant! It wasn't just us, either. Other flights were delayed for the same reason. I chatted with some folks who had the same mess a few days earlier. Delta, you've lost me as a customer.
