    This company is a complete and total SCAM. They fail to make reservations, refuse to provide refunds after cancellations where no money was provided to the hotel. Do NOT use them! Customer service reads scripts to drag you along and keep you from speaking to anyone in authority. Claimed they couldn't get in contact with the hotel. Every time I called the hotel they answered within 15 seconds. Finally I put BookOnline on hold and conferenced in the Hotel to verify my reservation was cancelled and no funds had been received. Still nothing. NEVER use this company.

    Me cobraron el ticket, me cambiaron el destino, me cobraron un segundo ticket sin autorización y no me querían devolver mi dinero siendo que no habían pasado 24 hs de la compra. Psicopatas y estafadores por favor no los contraten nunca 😡

    Man wird von dieser Agentur und der in Nepal " Explore Himalaya Travel & Adventure einfach im Stich gelassen. Es gibt billigere Anbieter für Nepal Reisen, die mehr bieten und vorallem für seine Kunden da sind , wenn es zu Problemen kommt. Ich glaube ich kann es beurteilen, da ich schon das 4 mal nach Nepal reiste.
