    Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass

    The team at Frias is wonderful! They were really helpful and went the extra mile to assist us. However, the unit could use some attention. Several blinds in the bedrooms were broken, and the toilets require a longer flush time, taking around 45-60 seconds to properly flush. The kitchen utensils and pots also need replacing, and one of the mattresses didn’t fit the bed frame well. Despite the great location, I think the unit could use a refresh considering the price.

    Firstly, I must mention the ship is very nice. The decor is pleasant, and the rooms are spacious and well-organized. It might be smaller than Seaboard and Silversea but it still stands out. The balconies are large, and even though I wasn't sure I'd use mine on an Antarctic cruise, I found myself using it every time a beautiful view appeared.

    I got in touch with customer service easily. The agent was polite, clear in their speech, and answered all my questions honestly. They offered a nice discount on the already good price listed on the website. They also provided helpful information on cabin availability. A confirmation email came right away. I have used this service several times before and have always been happy with it.
