    I was trying to book a flight, and I had filled in all the card details and hit submit. The website's verification took a long time. After a few minutes, one of the Oojo representatives called to check if I got any confirmation for the booking I was doing. When I said no, she started checking from her end and mentioned it might be the bank not approving the verification. A few minutes later, she called back, and by that time, I had my ticket issued and received an email with the ticket confirmation. She checked all the details, everything looked fine, and she made sure all my questions were answered. Overall, I had a good experince with the representative.

    Elicia Lopez helped me, and she was great!!! I felt a bit scared using a third party to get my ticket, and thought it could be a scam, but nope haha, I reached out by email and phone, and Elicia replied super fast, and made sure me that everything was ok, and not a scam. She was really quick to respond, and her customer service was amazing. A tip for future travelers: if your booking is waiting, just give them a call and they will guide you through the whole process! Also, leave a voicemail if they don’t pick up right away, they will get back to you!
