    Booked a cheap ticket, then saw extras during checkout. Cancellation protection and flexible ticket upsells were everywhere. It worked, but support lines were very busy.

    Filling the change form was simple. Waiting for an agent reply was not. They did respond and quoted airline rules plus their fee. Tickets booked cheap are great, until life happens. I’ll still use it for straightforward trips and leave flexible travel to direct airline bookings.

I noticed loyalty benefits might not apply, which was fine for this trip. Cancellation terms matched the hotel policy on my email. The booking did exactly what I needed, just be aware you’re paying in full upfront. For last minute availability, it did the job without making me chase every OTA.
