I usually don't bother with reviews, but Frontier Airlines really pushed me over the edge. Picture this: I get to the bag check kiosk, and my reservation number just refuses to work. Long line, one stressed-out staff member, and when I finally reach her, she drops the bomb—my tickets are canceled. Apparently, they flagged my account as fraudulent. Not true! With no time left, I had to buy another ticket.
The nightmare continued at my destination. My bag? Nowhere in sight. I scoured baggage stations, but it was lost. Frontier’s offices and lines were a ghost town. Days later, they told me my bag never even left the original airport. They promised to send it but couldn’t say when. Another day, another call—no updates, and tracking info disappeared.
I’m now days behind on work and stuck in a loop of calls and airport visits. Frontier, you’ve redefined terrible service. If you’re reading this, steer clear of them.
