We thought we had

We thought we had our flights sorted back in October, paid with Visa and all. But then Visa played hard to get and declined the purchase. So, we tried again the next day, but guess what? The price was slightly higher. Got a confirmation email that felt kinda sketchy, and our suspicions were right – no tickets when I called the airline. Classic bait and switch move! Had to hit up Flight Channel, pay more money, and now we're not even leaving when we planned. What a mess. Just a heads up, folks – be on guard for these shifty moves. It's like playing chess with these airlines.

Can you believe this mess? So, Flight Channel books my flight, all good, right? Wrong! Turns out, Delta slaps them with a reality check – they weren't authorized to sell the ticket. What do they do? Cancel it. But, hold up, Flight Channel forgets to shoot me a memo. Fast forward to two weeks before my supposed flight, and I'm trying to add it to my Delta app. Surprise, surprise – it's MIA! Talk about a shady move. Flight Channel, you had one job! Not the kind of surprise I was looking for. Straight-up feels like they're playing the scam game.

Great service, not clear, no fuss. It's vital to keep in touch with your flight agency. Simple for a newbie like me, with no clue how to book a flight. Ticket sorted STRAIGHT AFTER paying by credit, no problem. They provide a booking number matching the Airline, so you can check they got everything right. It's a flight agency, you're using a service, and I reckon I got what I paid for. Thanks, Flights Channel!

Avoid FlightsWay at all costs! I booked my flight two weeks ago and still don't have my tickets. They've changed my route three times, and I still haven't received anything. After the first change, I tried to get a refund, but they said it wasn't posible, so now I'm stuck with them and their mess.

Flight Channel has adjusted my flight without notice. I only learned about it by luck. When I called them, they told me to contact the airline. The airline told me to speak to Flight Channel. After I spoke with Patrick, a supervisor, he helped me find another flight and called back to confirm.

Outstanding customer service!

Outstanding customer service! Our card had a problem at first, but they called us multiple times to ensure our reservation stayed intact and gave us time to sort it out with our bank. Jack Lewis kept us updated until everything was sorted before our flight! Definitely recommend! :)

Flights Channel did a good job overall

Flights Channel did a good job overall. I got the e-ticket, checked it, all was good. My mom liked how they handled her credit card info. Their price was much better than the airline's. Jack Lewis, the guy I talked to, was real nice and helpful. I'd use them again for sure.
