This company is highly questionable, and I strongly advise against engaging with them. The positive reviews on Trust Pilot appear to be fabricated, with only one out of numerous 5-star reviews being from a verified reviewer. It seems they manipulate Trust Pilot to attract unsuspecting customers searching for flights on Google. Checking alternative platforms like Yelp or Google reveals a consistent track record of dubious business practices, earning them a mere 1.3 stars out of 5 on Google. My personal encounter with EzeeFlights.com on Feb 24, 2024, was disconcerting. After booking a round-trip flight for $1,575, I received a confusing series of messages from someone named Rachael, supposedly from Ezee Flights. Despite their initial confirmation request, they later claimed I hadn't booked a round-trip flight and demanded an additional $600 for cancellation, a fee I found unreasonable given the short duration of our interaction—less than 30 minutes. Requests for a refund were met with refusal, and communication ceased abruptly. Disturbingly, a thorough investigation into EzeeFlights through the California Secretary of State yielded no record of their existence or business registration under the provided EIN of 45-3582639, as listed on their website. This discovery, coupled with similar negative experiences reported on Google and Yelp, has led me to take legal action against them through a class-action lawsuit. Beware of this company's questionable practices and exercise extreme caution before considering any transactions with them.

This Company is based on New Dehli, India. They are praying on people looking for a lower rates on travel. When you book you're giving their sales people who are paid on commission your money. If you want to cancel they won't let you. Scam alert! Don't book with this company. This is a scam. Stay away from these people. If you filter all the 5 start reviews on Trust Pilot, only 1 is a verified reviewer. The rest are unverified, and they leverage trust pilot to lure customers when customers are searching for flights on Google. Look at Yelp or Google. You'll find a long history of predatory business practices, 1.3 stars out of 5 on Google. They will collect your money and refuse to book the flight or provide a refund. 30 min after purchasing a flight 9n EzeeFlights via a search on Google Flights Rachel from EzeeFlights contacted me. She only wanted to confirm the names and DOB of all the travelers which I already provided. Once I write to confirm, she informed me this was a one-way $600, which point I asked for a cancelation. The whole interaction took 30 min, and once I asked her to cancel and provided a refund, she said I'd be charged a $600 cancelation fee, 50% of the flight cost. When I insisted on getting a full refund, she told me that I should "think about it" and stopped communicating with me. The following morning, she sent me a confirmation of my booking. She had booked the flight anyway after I asked for a refund.

I booked last-minute tickets with Ezee Flights for my sudden trip from London Heathrow to Delhi. They offered me the lowest fare I could find. At first, I was anxious because the tickets weren't issued immediately and I had to wait 24 hours after payment. I kept calling them, but the staff kept telling me to be patient and that the tickets would come through. I was doubtful because of some bad reviews elsewhere. But within the 24 hours, I did get the tickets, and my stress was relieved. All set to go. Many thanks to Ezee Flights staff in London East Ham. Good service.

She emailed me the details before booking. The next day, Nick was able to book the ticket at the same price and assured me of a refund if the price went up or if there were any issues. Both Nick and Sofia followed up to make sure I reviewed the e-ticket details. I would recommend Ezeeflights to my friends and family for their good deal, professionalism, and customer care!

This company operates deceitfully through an Indian call center, deceiving customers like me. After payment, suspicions arose about the legitimacy of "Miguel Alvarez." Despite seeking an immediate refund, he deferred, promising tickets in 24 hours. Now, after the deadline, no tickets or response. Disappointingly, I must re-book directly with the airline and dispute the charge. Google Flights' association with such dubious entities is regrettable, especially considering the minimal $17 savings on my flight.
