I called Hayes to ask about staying at a hotel in Majorca
I called Hayes to ask about staying at a hotel in Majorca with flights from Bournemouth. The guy I spoke with found a package for the hotel quickly. I felt sure about the answers he gave me. He even called the travel company to check the view from our room. He was polite, friendly, and actually paid attention to what I was saying. Overall, a good experience.
