    I’ve been a customer of Badlands for a while, always sticking to the one-time purchase option. Everything was going smoothly until one day, I noticed an unexpected charge on my bank account. Confused, I checked my emails and realized I’d been signed up for a subscription without my knowledge. I tried navigating their site to cancel but it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack—no clear way to opt out. It's frustrating, especially since I've bought from them four times before with no issues. I’ve decided to make this my last order with them. It’s a shame because I did like their products, but the sneaky subscription move was a dealbreaker.

    I've been with Badlands Ranch since 2023. Originally, it was all about their dog food, but it got a bit pricey, so I switched to their Superfood 20 powder with a sweet deal of free beef liver treats each month. My dogs loved it! Fast forward to November 2025, and suddenly, no more free treats. I've been calling and emailing, trying to sort this out. They kept saying the treats were a one-time deal, but I had them consistently from 2023 to 2024. Veronica, the customer service rep, was no help, talking over me and saying I'd need to call every month to get my free treats. While my dogs dig the products, dealing with Badlands' customer service is just frustrating. I'm fed up and probably done with them.

    Our picky senior stopped skipping meals after switching. Ingredient list is clear, and the feeding guide matched his weight. Customer chat helped with the transition schedule. Packets arrive cold and sealed, easy to store. Less tummy noise and better energy within a week.
