A neighbor scanned my dog’s tag and my phone lit up with a location and a masked call option. My heart rate dropped right away. Setup had been easy earlier and I was glad I tested it. Good, simple tech, no drama.

The service works exactly when someone scans, which happened once and I got a quick text. That felt reassuring. Understanding which alerts need Premium took a reread. Billing was transparent after I slowed down. As long as you know it’s QR-based, it’s a smart layer of safety.

Very easy to work with. I applied online, and my service dog cards and certificates arrived within days. Thanks for the great service and support.
