First and foremost, I want to provide a completely genuine review. The parka jacket I purchased was indeed of good quality. However, what was not apparent to me, and seemingly to many other shoppers, is that the jacket has a very tight fit with zero flexibility for dogs of different body shapes. This lack of flexibility led to numerous complaints about the fit. My dog is a small, skinny Chihuahua weighing around 5 lbs. The jacket fits most of her body, except for her hind legs, restricting her movement. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product unless the design is modified to incorporate more stretchability in the sleeves. Now, regarding the company, when I brought this issue to their attention, they showed little interest in resolving the problem for me. Despite requesting a refund for the unused product, they declined and offered store credit instead. While I eventually accepted the credit, I was disappointed with the customer service and the design of the product.

My order is just sitting there! I

My order is just sitting there! I placed my order, and it quickly went into delivery status (around 3 days or so), but when I checked with USPS, they claimed they never received the package. I've tried reaching out through the chat, even though it seems like no one is ever on, and I've sent two messages, but I haven't heard a single reply. It's been five days since the USPS label was created, and my package is still just waiting.

The only problem I had was not getting an email confirmation. After a few days, I had to trace back. I saw the purchase on my credit card but had to look up the seller's name, which wasn't Lilly and Max. I emailed to ask what was happening and got a really fast reply. I was pretty happy with that, and my item came the next day. I'm really pleased with the quality and the quick response to my questions.

My order took over three weeks

My order took over three weeks to ship, and when I reached out to inquire about it, the status suddenly changed to "shipped" and "delivered" on the same day. However, I never received the package. Despite my concerns, the company is asserting that since I received a delivery email, the package must have been stolen. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to provide a refund or send a replacement product.

At first, I wasn't pleased with this company because it took a long time for my order to arrive, and their email responses weren't helpful. But eventually, they did send me a good product and refunded me to make up for the delay, although I asked them to reverse the refund since I got the product. Just be patient with their shipping. In the long run, it'll pay off.

This company's product is exactly what we needed! We've tried lots of cones but none worked for our cat until we found this flat one from Lily and Max. It's perfect! Our cat can't bite himself and he's comfortable wearing it. He can do everything like running, eating, drinking, and sleeping with it on. So glad we found this product!

Horrible and unprofessional company that messed up the order with the wrong size and then tried to charge me $$$ to return it. They even threatened to cancel the order if I didn't provide a tracking number within 5 days. They won’t admit their error. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY ! NOT TO BE RELIED ON !

Great discovery

Great discovery! We've tried many collars, but this one from Lily and Max is just what we needed. Our cat seems happy in it and can't bite himself. It's comfortable too, he eats, drinks, and sleeps with it on. So glad we found this collar!
