    I decided to try out this new pet supply website and ordered three bags of dog food, even though the price seemed a bit steep. Six days went by, and I heard nothing about shipping. When I checked, it said the order was complete for four days already. Confused, I contacted customer service on day six. They claimed there was a problem with my shipping address and said they emailed me, but I only got spam messages, nothing about the issue. They ended up cancelling my order, leaving my dog without food for a week. To make matters worse, there's no option to leave a review on their site. Feels like they’re hiding something.
