    I had a question about my order, not knowing it was sent in 2 parts. I got one part first and worried the other was lost. I emailed support and they said it was just split. About the product, I have an adult cat that sprays sometimes. TherapetMD is the third brand I tryed. I live in a one story house and first had diffusers in three rooms. That wasn't enough for him. Now I have 6 diffusers, two in the room he sprays most. More diffusers help. So far it works well. Sometimes he still makes a mess near the litter box, but I use decorative puppy pads to clean. I have 2 litter boxes in that room. I really like the product and even like the smell. Fingers crossed 🤞 we keep having good results. He is a stubborn cat!! Thank you, Theresa P

    The product itself was on but my cats didn’t like it at all, so I thought they offer the free return policy, so I’ll just do that! There’s nothing easy or free about this return! Customer service very unfriendly and asking for a bunch of pictures to show that the product is unused and saying that they will check again upon receipt and then decide if they issue a refund? They are also charging $20 for the return shipping!!!

    I felt nervous about brushing my pug’s teeth at home, but this tool made it way easier. It’s soft, quiet, and fits well in my hand. After 2 weeks, I can really see the change—his breath is much better and the tartar is clearly reduced.
