    Contacted company 3 times regarding 1\08\26 order. Was told they are looking in to it. Still have not received order or update. 1/25/26.

    I picked up this new dog food, and let me tell you, my furry buddy is absolutely thrilled with it. Every time I open the bag, his tail wags like crazy, which is a win in my book. However, there's one little hiccup. I never get updates on when it's being delivered, which is kinda annoying. It'd be super helpful to know the delivery day and time, especially since I want to make sure it doesn't sit outside in the heat for too long during summer. But honestly, seeing my dog so happy makes it worth it. Just wish they'd sort out that delivery notification thing.

    I thought I was just buying a Christmas gift for my dog, but now I'm stuck with a never-ending supply of stuff I didn't ask for! Somehow, I'm getting double the orders each month, and I'm not even sure how I got signed up for this mysterious subscription. I don't even have an account to log into and cancel it, and I'm worried about creating one just to check. It feels like a trap. There are plenty of other trustworthy places to buy dog toys that won't sneak in extra charges. Watch out for this company if you want to avoid headaches and unexpected deliveries. Really disappointing experience!
