Great customer service.
Great customer service. I first got the Wicked Air Ball, but sadly my dog started unscrewing it right away. I let the customer service know, and the rep suggested I try the Wicked PE ball instead, which doesn’t come apart. They sent the replacement quickly. The PE ball is solid, and my dog loves it!

I got the Wicked Ball version of their product
I got the Wicked Ball version of their product thinking it would roll like the rest, but it only bounces. I contacted customer service, and they told me the one I needed was the Wicked Air. They even offered to send me one for free in return for a review. Based on Customer Service 5/5.

I bought the Cheerble Wicked Air recently
I bought the Cheerble Wicked Air recently, and both my dog and I were excited to try it out. However, after just 5 minutes of play, the ball came apart. I fixed it, but within a few more minutes, the ball fell apart again, and this time the dog had the motor/battery in her mouth. I quickly took it away from her and threw everything out. If she had swallowed that battery, it could’ve been dangerous. I would not suggest this product.
