Food is good, but the recent changes to the subscription service are not great. I’ve been a subscriber for many years, but now the food my dog eats isn’t included anymore. Now I have to order from the a la carte menu, which comes with a £7.95 delivery fee. Communication and customer service could be much better. I didn’t get any response to emails or calls. Like another reviewer mentioned, my original subscription was cancelled without any notice, and I had to ask for the credit voucher that was promised. Why change something that was working fine?

Our puppy Gravy loves his food, so it's very important to us. After seeing that a lot of dog treats aren’t that healthy, we decided to make most of his meals ourselves. Freshpet has been a great choice – it looks like real food and Gravy really enjoys it! It's a great addition to his meals.

My dog is really picky when it comes to food. After some time, I discovered Freshpet, and he liked the chunky chicken with vegetables, but sadly, they stopped making it. I’ve tried all the new flavors, but my picky dog won’t eat any of them. I’m still looking for a new food that he’ll actually enjoy.
