Bleecker Urn - not quite as described on the website. When I contacted customer service, they confessed they recently changed their packaging and haven't updated their site. They also didn't include a bag with the urn as promised. I wish they were more honest with families in mourning.

The custmer servise is always impekable. The urn got here safe and on time. The only thing that was not perfect was the engraving being a bit slanted, which was too bad, but overall I still recmend Oaktree.

Placing an order is easy and clear. The delivery took a bit longer since I chose engraving, which needed extra time. The urn arrived safely packed and looked lovely.
