    I put my order in on January 4th. I haven’t received it and when I asked questions on their site I was ignored. A lot of other questions were answered.

    My picky Shih Tzu was having major tummy troubles with gel-like stools. I tried everything, even cooking chicken and rice, but nothing worked. My vet's go-to meds didn’t help either. Then I stumbled on this infomercial about Badlands Ranch Chicken Super Food and thought, why not? To my surprise, my dog absolutely loved it! Her stools normalized in a week, and she’s more energetic now. Her coat's still soft, but that's normal for Shih Tzus. Had a bit of a hiccup with one customer service rep, but once I got a good one, everything was sorted out quickly. The constant ads can be annoying, but they’re easy to block. Overall, super happy with this product!

    I've ordered from them before and things were always great, but this time, it was a mess. Ordered a blanket with a picture of my son's cat who passed away, aiming to get it by Christmas. Paid extra for timely delivery. Waited nearly a month without any updates, so I reached out. Turns out, they'd finished the artwork 26 days earlier but never sent it for my approval. They finally showed me a mock-up in some "portal" and I asked them to shift the photo to the middle. Got the blanket today, January 2, and the photo’s at the bottom. Missed Christmas and didn’t follow my request. Completely let down and I’m definitely not ordering from them again.
