    I had the most incredible experience with this customer service rep the other day. You know how it usually goes with these calls, right? But this time was different. The rep was super kind and went above and beyond to help me out. First, they updated me on a delayed food shipment and even explained why it was late. Then, they rescheduled my next order so it wouldn't arrive too close to the delayed one. And get this—I've had this duplicate subscription issue for ages, and no one could fix it until now. They sorted it out, and even consolidated our favorite treats into the subscription. Seriously, it felt like a massive weight lifted off my shoulders.
