This company shines in customer service. First, the pet portrait arrived fast. BUT, the portrait was actually...poor. I quickly reached out to customer service, and they were very fast to reply and start on a new one at NO extra charge. They sent me a new portrait that was really great. It's now one of my top gifts given. This company will help you if you're not pleased with the first version of your portrait!

This is the second time I’ve used West & Willow to send a pet portrait to a friend who recently lost a pup. It always brings tears of joy once delivered. The art team does a great job! Highly recommended them for their beautiful and touching work.

I ordered 6 pet potraits for me and my family. I'm very happy with them. They really show my pets' personalities and are really adorable. The service is really good, which makes the experience even better. I would definitely suggest them!

So happy with how the photo came out! Pleased with the final result and how close it looks to my photos I gave them. Would recomend others to get their pet pictures done by West and Willow!
