Wheels That Give Our Great Dane Freedom

Got these rear support wheels for my elderly Great Dane, and they’ve really been a game-changer for us. The instructional videos helped a lot, though we still had a few questions. Anyway, our old boy’s gotten pretty used to the wheels now, which is great. The only thing that bugs me is the frame—it’s a bit too light. On uneven sidewalks or slight hills, we have to be super careful he doesn’t tip over. It ends up needing two of us to walk him, one to spot and one to lead. I get that adding weight might make it tough for him to pull, but some extra stability would be awesome. Maybe it's just because he’s so tall and top-heavy? Either way, these wheels let him enjoy walks again, and for that, we’re super grateful.

Fast Delivery, Poor Return Experience

You know, I got my order pretty fast and was really pleased with the product. It was exactly what I was hoping for. But then things went a bit downhill. Needed to return something, and man, the process is just confusing. Followed their return instructions to the letter, sent it back, and that’s where the trouble started. It's been over a week and I haven’t heard a peep from customer service. I mean, I used their return protocol and everything seemed fine, but now I’m just stuck waiting for some sort of confirmation. Everything else was solid, but this whole return business left a sour taste.

Faulty Splint and No Customer Support

So, I got this splint for my dog, but it ended up giving her a sore on her hock. I emailed the company with photos, and they admitted the splint was faulty. Turns out, some padding was missing, and the hard plastic was rubbing against her skin. They promised to send a replacement that day, but I never got any confirmation. Since then, I’ve emailed them asking for a refund because the padding kept shifting, exposing even more hard plastic. No replies, and now their email address is unreachable. Looks like I’m stuck with a $219 splint, customs charges, and very little padding.

Paws in Motion Again!

I gotta tell ya, this walking pets wheelchair has been a game changer for my pup. She's basically lost all control of her back legs and was pretty much crippled. But with this wheelchair, she's now running around like she used to. It's amazing seeing her so happy and mobile again. The only thing that's kind of a bummer is the harness and leg supports. They wear out pretty quick, and I've already had to replace them once and looks like I'll need to do it again soon. It'd be awesome if those parts lasted longer. But overall, super happy with how it's helped her.

"Awesome Service, But Boots Didn’t Fit"

Just had to share my experience with these pet boots. We got them for our dog, Rumor, hoping they'd be a good fit. The customer service was awesome, really helpful and friendly. But, sadly, the boots just didn't work out for us. They didn't fit Rumor properly and he ended up with a few wounds. We decided to go back to using the fiberglass splint, which has been much better for him. It's a bummer, but sometimes things just don't work out the way you hope. Still, appreciate the great service!

The product came quickly, was nicely packed, and was in great shape. The materials look solid, and I believe it will meet our pug's needs after we adjust it properly. We're facing some adjustment challenges and will explore the website for help. Our pug is a bit wiggly when we try to get him set in the chair, and it really needs two people to keep him steady while making the changes. We're not giving up because we want to improve our pug's mobility.
