    I ordered a special gift for my in-laws' anniversary, hoping to make it memorable. They're in their 90s, so every celebration is precious. But when the package arrived, it was quite disappointing. The product looked nothing like the picture online. I felt let down, especially considering the high price I paid. It was supposed to be a thoughtful gesture, and now I'm stuck giving them something that doesn't match the expectation. It’s frustrating when a company doesn’t deliver on its promises, especially for such an important occasion. I really wish it had turned out differently. Not planning to buy from this company again, that’s for sure.

    I snagged this jacket, and while it looked amazing, the sizing was a bit off. Went by the chart, but turns out, their large felt more like a medium to me. I'm usually an extra-large, so I thought large would fit just right. Nope! If you're going by their measurements, better size up to avoid the hassle. But I gotta say, their customer service was a lifesaver. They were super helpful and quick, issued a partial refund and told me to keep the smaller one. Already ordered the right size, so fingers crossed it fits this time. Overall, great experience, just watch out for the sizing.
