I ordered a 15mm wrench and a 10mm wrench and paid for them on 10/9/25. I received the 15mm wrench only. After 2 weeks of calling and emailing, I got an email on 10-25-25 stating my wrench would ship the at the end of the next week. Now here we are 2.5 months later, so over 3 months total and I still don't have my wrench that I've paid for. You never answer the phone, no updates, no communication. I am sorry I did business with your company. I own several auto body collision centers and placed this small order as a test run for a lot of tools and equipment for my locations. I'm glad I found out how you do business now. My order number is 5429116. I will give it one more day before I blow your company up online. Nice store out of your garage. What a joke.
