Great
by Anonymous

The company sent correct items fast. I'm grateful. But one item was defected. It took long for warranty approval. When approved, they sent the replacement at once. All companies have distribution issues. If they offer a substitute, it's my choice to accept or decline. I think Wild West Pool Supplies is a good company. I'll use them again.

Caution! They claim to accept
by Anonymous

Caution! They claim to accept returns, but refunding your money is a no-go. Sent the wrong item, and upon return the very next day, they called it dirty. Refund denied with excuses. I footed the bill for shipping both ways, leaving me without my product and out of pocket. Proceed with caution.

I placed an order for 5 pentair eyeball
by Loni

I placed an order for 5 pentair eyeball assembly kits, and things quickly took a turn for the worse. After they deducted the money from my account, I was informed that the items were not in stock, and there was a possibility of an increased price upon availability. This felt like a breach of the implicit contract formed when they took my payment at the agreed-upon price. Despite receiving a new invoice indicating a backorder, my frustration grew when I noticed on the website that the product was supposedly in stock. I reached out to Russel, expressing my concern and providing evidence of the product's availability. However, he insisted that it was still on backorder, contradicting the online information. Attempting another approach, my husband called their customer service number to inquire about the same part. Surprisingly, they claimed to have 15 units in stock, with my order accounting for 5 of them. He requested to hold the items for pickup, but they insisted on online ordering. To expedite the process, he provided my order number, only to be met with resistance and accusations of dishonesty. Frustrated by the lack of communication from Russel and the absence of any updates on the order status, I persisted in my efforts to confirm the product's availability. It became evident that they had misrepresented the stock status, as they indeed had the product in supply, contrary to their earlier claims.

Ordered a hot tub heater, only to
by Mark Ryan

Ordered a hot tub heater, only to find out I had to pay for shipping due to website misinformation. Delivery took an agonizing two weeks. The return process was equally frustrating; I had to cover return shipping, and it took an additional two weeks to get my refund. Opening the box felt like a never-ending ordeal. Won't be using this company again and will caution my neighbors against it. Terrible experience overall.

Spent $420 on a circuit board for
by steamman Cash

Spent $420 on a circuit board for my hot tub, only to discover it's pre-wired incorrectly for my model. Despite clear factory wiring issues, customer service placed blame on my DIY installation. Disappointing experience with no resolution.

Not informed about import costs
by r parker

Not informed about import costs and taxes, resulting in a significantly uncompetitive final price. The 3-week delivery from the USA to the UK added to the frustration. Common e-commerce practice dictates upfront disclosure of shipping, taxes, and import fees, which Wild West Pool Supplies failed to adhere to. Their lack of transparency, burying crucial information in the T's & C's, contradicts both US and EU guidelines, leaving buyers uninformed about the origin of the shipment.
