RO Systm turned up damged (I blame curier for this not vyair as the box was a right state showing up) after emaling the team they warrented a new systm to be sent within a day of defect reported. Can't rate them highly enough amazing customer service.

Emailed them to address the issue and request a refund, but received no response.
