I have used Gossby a couple of times, and each time was great! My latest order was for my husband's first Father's Day personalised mug. I made sure to order early, and it arrived fast. When I checked it, I noticed a tiny spot on the mug. Since it was a gift, I took a photo and reached out to Gossby by email. They were really great and made a new one without asking me to return the first mug. The new mug arrived just in time for Father's Day, and my husband realy liked it!
