I’ve been a loyal Farfetch

I’ve been a loyal Farfetch and Browns Fashion customer for 5 years, even reaching silver/gold member status. My job keeps me away from home for a week at a time, so online shopping is a lifesaver. Recently, I faced a major hassle with them that changed my view completely. I ordered something online, and when delivery was attempted, I was, of course, at work and couldn’t answer the door. I emailed both companies, asking if they could release the package without a physical signature since I wouldn’t be home. Browns Fashion replied that they need signatures for orders over $500, but my order was less than that. I even reminded them of past, more expensive orders that were delivered just fine without any issues. They still insisted that I pick it up from FedEx, but I just don’t have the time. My only day off would have been wasted driving 2 hours to get the package and then another 45 minutes to get home, only to turn around and head back to work. Farfetch didn’t even get back to me until today, and only because I left a negative review. They asked me to change it, but I won’t. They clearly don’t trust their customers, even loyal ones like me who’ve been with them for years. They have this rule for signatures on purchases over $600, yet my order wasn’t even close to that amount. I’ve had way better experiences with Luisaviaroma and Net-a-Porter. They genuinely care about their customers and always help out. Farfetch and Browns Fashion, on the other hand, don’t care about the inconvenience they cause. They only reach out when it’s in their interest. It’s sketchy business. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Alright, so picture this: I’m

Alright, so picture this: I’m super excited because I ordered this gorgeous Stella McCartney Falabella tote from Farfetch, right? Delivery was supposed to be Friday, September 13th. But then I get an email saying it’s delayed to Monday, then Tuesday. Annoying, but okay, fine. I tried to have FedEx redirect the parcel to a local shop, but their system wouldn’t let me. Classic. Nobody was home when the delivery finally happened, and I get an email saying the package is delivered. But when I try to check the proof of delivery, their app and website are a mess and won’t let me in. I checked my ring doorbell footage and the delivery guy leaves with something that looks like a huge flat pack. No note, no nothing. Out of pure frustration, my husband asks the neighbors and one of them has this big, flat parcel delivered by FedEx with my details on it. We open it and it’s a cupboard panel. The invoice inside says it’s supposed to be my Stella McCartney tote. What?!? So, I email Farfetch with all the details, including the ring doorbell footage and photos of this IKEA-like panel. Their response? "Hi Natasha, thanks for contacting FARFETCH. Order delivered: large Falabella tote bag. We hope you love your new find." Are you kidding me?! They even included the FedEx tracking number like that’s supposed to fix anything. I’m calling them tomorrow, but honestly, I have zero faith they’ll be any help. It’s like I’ve been defrauded and now I have to deal with this mess.

I ordered an Etro Velo

I ordered an Etro Velo bag for £1,145 and even paid an extra £15 for faster shipping since I needed it for a trip coming up. Everything seemed fine until, out of nowhere, my order got cancelled within 24 hours. The reason? "Payment details could not be verified." What does that even mean? No one even tried to contact me to sort it out, and it's my account, so it should've been fine. So, I go back to the website to try and reorder the bag, and guess what? The price had jumped to £1,308. It honestly felt like they cancelled my order just to hike up the price. There was only one left when I first ordered, so it seemed pretty shady. I reached out to customer service hoping they'd help me out, but no luck there. All I got was a message saying, "Don't worry! We've sent you a payby link so you can reorder the bag." Yeah, but now I have to pay the higher price. It was like they didn't even care about what happened or how inconvenient this was for me. Really disappointed with how this was handled. All I wanted was to get the bag I ordered at the original price, especially since the cancellation was on their end, not mine. Now, I'm stuck without the bag I needed for my trip and feeling pretty frustrated with the whole experience.

I've been shopping with Farfetch

I've been shopping with Farfetch for about 5 years now, and I recently placed an order worth $280 from Browns Fashion. Since I was working on the day they were supposed to deliver, I emailed them because I couldn't call after work—it's past their hours. I asked if they could release the package without a signature because I've ordered Miu Miu and Gucci purses before without any issues. They responded saying they need a physical signature for orders $600 and up, but my order wasn't even close to that. So, they didn't help me at all. I even told them my situation, that I work 2 hours and 30 minutes away, but they still wouldn't budge. This really showed me that Farfetch and Browns Fashion don't seem to value their loyal customers, even those who are close to gold status like me. It's really disappointing. I'm seriously considering switching to Mytheresa or Luisaviaroma now. If you're thinking about shopping with Farfetch or Browns Fashion, just be aware that they might not accommodate you as a customer, no matter how long you've been with them. It's frustrating and honestly, not worth the hassle.

Alright, so here’s the deal.

Alright, so here’s the deal. I was super excited to get this fancy suitcase I ordered from Farfetch, right? They said it’d be here in 9-10 days, which was perfect timing for my trip. But then, day 9 rolls around, and they claim it’s delivered. But guess what? FedEx tracking says it’s still chilling in Germany. Like, come on, really? I decided to give their customer service a ring to figure out what’s going on, especially since I’m leaving the country soon. All they could offer me was a cancellation and a refund. No help with speeding things up, no exact delivery date, nada. So, I’m left without the suitcase I was counting on. Ended up scrambling and found another brand, Aer, over in San Francisco. They had this one-day delivery option for an extra fee, and thank goodness for that. Got my suitcase just in time for my trip. But man, Farfetch really dropped the ball here. This isn’t even the first time I’ve had issues with their delivery. I’m done with them, deleted their app and all. If you’re thinking of getting something from them, I’d say skip it. Just buy straight from the brand instead.

Hey Farfetch team, Just got

Just got my new bag and wanted to share my thoughts. First off, the shipping was super quick, so thumbs up for that. The bag itself? Absolutely in love with it. It's exactly what I was hoping for and more. But, there's a bit of room for improvement on the packaging front. It came in a dust bag, which is cool, but no original box or extra protection like bubble wrap or tissue paper. As someone who's been shopping online for 16 years, I kinda expected a bit more in that department. Also, noticed a tiny issue with the strap. Some parts of the leather aren't perfectly intact. It's not a huge deal and doesn't bother me much, so I'm still keeping the bag. Just thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, I appreciate how real and open you guys are about seeking feedback and focusing on service and quality. Keep up the good work! Cheers, Mahdia

You won't believe what my

You won't believe what my husband did for Christmas! He knows how much I love sneakers, so he got me these Jordan 4 Yellow and Black Thunders. He spent ages researching to make sure they were legit and not some scam. When they finally arrived, he showed them to me first, just to be sure. The moment I saw them, I was totally blown away. They are absolutely stunning, way better than I even imagined. The yellow and black combo is just perfect, and they feel so comfy. I'm already in love with them, but now I have to wait till Christmas Day to actually wear them since they've gone to Santa's stash. Honestly, it’s the thought that counts, and he really put in the effort to get me something I’d love. I can’t wait to rock them and show them off to everyone. These Jordans are seriously the best gift ever.

I ordered 9 items, but only 6 arrived

I ordered 9 items, but only 6 arrived and 3 were missing. I contacted Farfetch, and they looked into it and assured me I'd get a refund. I’ve started getting my money back. Shopping on Farfetch is good for finding deals and quality products. Even though I was let down by the missing items, I placed another order. At least I received my refund. Thanks, Farfetch.

I'm really pleased that Rotate now offers sizes up to 46

I'm really pleased that Rotate now offers sizes up to 46. As a plus-size woman, I often struggle to find clothes in my size, usually UK 16-18. It's wonderful to finally find something that matches my style! Rotate Birger Christensen has certainly captured my interest. The prices are reasonable, and the styles follow current fashion trends. Thanks!
