Shopbop got lotsa nice brands and stuff, but when I ordered to Europe from the US, I got hit with extra charges I didn't expect. They gotta be upfront 'bout them fees. Like, what if I had to send stuff back? Gosh...

First time with shopbop.

First time with shopbop. Ordered pants a week ago. Parcel sent with UPS. Tracking says "Delay: Emergency or Weather, Istanbul." Strange. Feeling won't get my package. Tried to unsubscribe, doesn't work. Keep getting mails. Bad feeling overall... Later, package arrived. No bad feeling now. Mails stopped finally...

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! I bought a lot of stuff from ShopBop last week. But when I got my package, more than half of what I ordered was missing. I tried to sort it out with ShopBop, but they said no to my claim and would only refund me if I sent back what I got. They won't talk on the phone, only emails. I don't want to pay for stuff I didn't get, but there's no one to talk to or complain to. I won't shop there again and I'll tell my friends about my bad experience.

I bought some shoes from this

I bought some shoes from this company, and when I tried to send them back, they gave me a return label that's not free. UPS said I had to pay almost $19 for the return. I've sent emails, replied multiple times, but all I get is automated responses saying they're looking into it. Don't recommend this company!

I regret to say that my experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster. Despite ordering what I believed to be authentic aftershave from a reputable source, it turns out the product was being shipped from China. Worse still, my order never arrived, and my attempts to follow up via email were met with rejection. One star is too generous for such a disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, my first experience with Shopbop ended in disappointment as my account was inexplicably blocked after placing my initial order. Despite reaching out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and was essentially turned away. I'll be seeking alternative retailers for my future purchases.
