I ordered a bag. My order was confirmed through email and charged to my card, but then the charge was reversed. I got another email saying the order was canceled with no reason given. I called customer service and was told that the order was canceled because they have the right to refuse service and terminate accounts. It's like any business can do that, but usually, they provide a reason or explanation. After being on hold, I was moved to a second agent who said he "couldn't provide any additional information." There was no way to reach a manager. This was a very disapointing experience. Even if I wanted to shop here, it seems I can't since my account was apparently suspended for an unknown reason. It makes me question if this store is even real. I advise anyone to avoid setting up an account and entering your shipping and payment details, as their customer service was unhelpful. I wasted 20 minutes of my time. I'd give them 0 stars if possible. Poor experience overall.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I saw the reviews and decided to overlook them. Now I’m regretting it. They claim to ship on the same day or the next day, and they say delivery takes 2-3 days. It’s been 5 days and my order hasn’t even left the sender's country. I reached out to the customer support, and two agents, Ongezile N and Hery, told me they can’t find my package and won't cancel my order. It’s hard to believe they can’t track it since it’s their service and their delivery partner. They still refuse to cancel or issue a refund.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! I bought a lot of stuff from ShopBop last week. But when I got my package, more than half of what I ordered was missing. I tried to sort it out with ShopBop, but they said no to my claim and would only refund me if I sent back what I got. They won't talk on the phone, only emails. I don't want to pay for stuff I didn't get, but there's no one to talk to or complain to. I won't shop there again and I'll tell my friends about my bad experience.

I regret to say that my experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster. Despite ordering what I believed to be authentic aftershave from a reputable source, it turns out the product was being shipped from China. Worse still, my order never arrived, and my attempts to follow up via email were met with rejection. One star is too generous for such a disappointing experience.

I have been a regular customer for over 7 years with Shopbop. I asked for an invoice for my latest order, but I was informed that it can't be provided. Could someone explain why? First time with shopbop. Ordered pants a week ago. Parcel sent with UPS. Tracking says "Delay: Emergency or Weather, Istanbul." Strange. Feeling won't get my package. Tried to unsubscribe, doesn't work. Keep getting mails. Bad feeling overall... Later, package arrived. No bad feeling now. Mails stopped finally...

I bought some shoes from this

I bought some shoes from this company, and when I tried to send them back, they gave me a return label that's not free. UPS said I had to pay almost $19 for the return. I've sent emails, replied multiple times, but all I get is automated responses saying they're looking into it. Don't recommend this company!

Honestly, after my buy, I read the reviews and got a bit worried. Everything went smoothly. The order came quite quickly, actually. It took 10 days from the USA to Europe. The issue was the tax I had to pay... nearly 100€, but the rest was fine. I can confirm this is a real website.

I ordered from Shopbop and didn't get my package. They started a claim with UPS, tracking 1Z8FY3300373711040. UPS made a claim, but they won't give my money back for order 127667724. They're thieves! I contacted the FTC and AG. This is theft, and I'm very upset.
