I really like the clothes they offer. There are lots of choices, and the quality is always good. The clothes last a long time. The customer service is really nice too. Dolls Kill wouldn't refund me, only store credit. I can't use it, so I've lost nearly $200 on two pairs of shoes. I got the right size for one pair but couldn't return it.

My experience with Dolls Kill has been nothing short of disappointing. After spending over $500 on clothing, I decided to return the items. However, my attempt to get a refund or have the items sent back has been met with resistance from Dolls Kill. Despite clearly expressing my preference for a refund or the return of the items, they have refused to comply. Now, I find myself compelled to take legal action and pursue a lawsuit against them, even though they possess the items. This ordeal with Dolls Kill has been the worst and most horrendous experience of my life, leaving me feeling traumatized and aggrieved by their apparent theft.

I'm disheartened by the experience with expedited shipping. Despite paying for it, the order arrived later than anticipated. Attempts to rectify the situation weren't fruitful as the company refused to refund the shipping charges or address the delay appropriately.
