We met a smart staff. They told us how to pick 4 dresses and go straight to the fitting room. It was simple. There were two of us shopping. After each dress, we hung it outside the room and got new ones. It was simple. We both got the right prom dress. I couldn't be happier. My tip for anyone thinking about shopping here: Go early! You'll want to try on many dresses to find the right one. I'm 6 ft tall and found a long enough dress. My friend is shorter but needs a fuller bust dress, she found it. It was a good experience! Thank you Lady Black Tie.

My daughter and I had a great time at your store. She tried on 4 dresses and the last one was perfect for her and she felt like a princess. The two women who helped her were fantastic and very helpful! She can’t wait for prom and to wear the dress!

I accidentally ordered more items than I meant to.

I accidentally ordered more items than I meant to. I emailed the company right away since they weren't picking up the phone on Sunday. They replied on Monday at 9:00, saying the items had already shipped. That seems unbelievable since I ordered on Sunday afternoon and there couldn't have been a UPS pickup scheduled so quickly. When I asked for a manager's contact info to discuss this, they stopped replying. This customer service is awful and really disappointing. I tried calling several times to talk to someone but got nowhere. I get policies, but I reached out right away to fix the mistake.

I must express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by this company. I accidentally made an order and quickly noticed my mistake. I sent an email right away asking them not to ship it, but I didn't get any reply. I returned the package, and DHL confirmed it reached Lady Black Tie. I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times over the last month, but I haven't heard back from them at all. This lack of communication is really frustrating and not okay. I hope they address this issue promptly and find a solution.

I accidentally placed an order with more items than intended. I immediately reached out to the company via email because they were not available by phone on Sunday. By Monday at 9:00 AM, I received an email stating that the items had already shipped. This response seemed unreasonable since the order was placed on Sunday afternoon, and it was unlikely that a UPS pickup could have been scheduled so quickly. When I requested the contact information for a manager to address the issue, the email communication stopped. I'm extremely disappointed with this level of customer service. I understand policies, but I reached out immediately to correct the issue, and the lack of response and assistance is frustrating. I also attempted to call multiple times but was unable to speak to anyone.

I ordered 6 dresses

I ordered 6 dresses, hoping to find one for a New Year's Eve gala. Unfortunately, all of them were of poor quality with cheap fabric. The big print said "free shipping and returnable," but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be "NO REFUNDS, ONLY CREDIT!" It's been two years, and I'm still struggling to use up this credit.
