This review focuses on my interaction with Alex Mill's customer service. They were very helpful and made extra effort to ensure my satisfaction. As for the clothing, I found some of the casual pieces a bit too youthful for me, but the well-made, collared sweater was a great solution. I’m now a regular shopper and have placed another order.

Alex Mills used to be my son's go-to shirts. We hadn’t bought any in about a year but placed an order recently. We are really let down by the quality. The shirts are thin and see-through. We compared them to his older shirts of the same style. Alex Mills has clearly switched to a less durable material.
