I will never return to the Old Navy store in Spectrum. I bought a pair of joggers yesterday, tried them on, and everything seemed fine, so I removed the tags. But when I wore them this morning, I discovered that one pant leg was much longer than the other. I took them off and measured them. Yes there was one inch difference. Clearly, the item was defective.
When I went back to the store to exchange them, they refused to help. They insisted that the tags must still be attached, even for defective merchandise. I explained that the product itself was faulty, but they still declined to offer a return or exchange.
Thankfully, another Old Navy location accepted my return immediately and without any problems. The Spectrum store needs to improve both customer sфervice and basic common sense when handling defective items.
