    Let me tell you about my recent experience with this company. My parcel was stolen, which is frustrating, but it happens, right? You'd think they'd be quick to fix it, but nope. They made it a nightmare. They kept pushing me to report it to the police, as if that would magically bring my package back. It’s like they don’t even know about the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, which clearly puts the responsibility on them until I get my stuff. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charge, otherwise, I might never have seen my money again. Seriously, don’t waste your time or money here. You’ll thank me for avoiding this hassle.
