What followed was a saga of 38 emails with different reps, all telling me to “wait patiently” while the package was supposedly being resent. Weeks slipped by, and the focus was always on the logistics, never on solving my problem. By January, it was pointless to wait for a Christmas gift. Asked for a refund, but they initially refused, suggesting the parcel might be destroyed. Eventually, they did refund me, but it was less than what I paid. Still chasing that difference. This whole ordeal was way more hassle than it should’ve been.
