    I picked up this lovely white linen top and was super excited to wear it. After just one wear, I washed it according to the instructions, but things took a turn. The fabric got all wonky, and now the hem curls up, hiding the pretty lace detail. It seems like the linen and rayon shrunk differently, causing the lining to pull the top up awkwardly. Tried ironing and steaming, but no luck. Reached out to customer service, but they wouldn't help since I bought it in March 2024. For something that cost £150, this is really frustrating. I’m really disappointed and won't be shopping at Reformation again. Such a shame.

    I ordered some stuff from this company back in December, and by January, I realized one of the items wasn't right for me. I tried to return it, but because it was just past the 30-day mark, they wouldn't take it back, even though it still had all the tags. I kept a bunch of other expensive items, so it's not like I was trying to cheat them. Plus, getting a return label was a nightmare. The materials feel super cheap compared to what they charge, and they claim to be eco-friendly but still use leather and silk. It's pretty hypocritical if you ask me. I'd think twice before shopping here again.

    These shoes are quite a find! They look just like I imagined, and I can tell there’s real craftsmanship in every stitch. Now, I’ve got some personal quirks with my feet, you know? My arches don’t quite line up with the heel, but that’s more on me than the shoes. And my feet are on the narrower side, which makes the heel support stand out a bit. Still, that’s not a knock on the design itself. The quality is impressive, and it’s clear there’s a lot of heart put into making these. I’m definitely spreading the word about them. A big thank you for creating such a wonderful pair!
