I was initially thrilled with the customer support. They were super responsive, and everything seemed perfect. Then, out of nowhere, my order got canceled. It was confusing because everything seemed fine until then. I reached out to them to figure out what happened, but it’s been more than a day, and still no response. No package, no refund, nothing. I feel stuck and a bit frustrated because it started off so well. I just want to know what’s going on and get my money back. It’s disappointing when things start off great and then take such a sudden turn. Hopefully, they will get back to me soon.
