I bought some stuff from Gap
by Anonymous

I bought some stuff from Gap, Old Navy, and Athleta on March 18. Everything came except for Athleta's item. When I talked to them, they said I could get my money back, but then they said I'd have to do extra stuff to maybe get the item again (and they couldn't even check if it's still there) and then chat again with both order numbers to get the original sale price. They should make it easier for customers and just do the replacement order themselves. I lost a promo credit. I won't shop here again for a while.

I was trying to buy from Old Navy
by Meghan

I was trying to buy from Old Navy and Gap together when I found out one item had to be picked up, which I couldn't do due to my disability. When I called for help, I was just told to cancel it without much consideration. I felt really upset about this. Customer service should care more about people, especially those with disabilities like mine. It seemed like they cared more about their rules than helping me out. I even suggested a better way they could have handled it, but the person on the phone didn't seem interested in making things right. They didn't even try to find a solution that would work for me. It left me feeling really disappointed. I didn't end up getting the pants I wanted, and now I might miss out on them altogether. It's frustrating that they couldn't do more to help me.

Frustrating online experience
by Stephanie LeBlanc

While I appreciate Old Navy and shop there frequently, the online shopping experience is consistently frustrating. Navigating the site is a struggle, with persistent page load latency that never seems to improve. The cumbersome online interface often leads to frustration, making me prefer shopping elsewhere for a smoother and more efficient experience.

Frustrating first and last experience with old navy online
by Mariajesus M.

My initial and final purchase with Old Navy online turned into a headache. The decision to ship with UPS, a less-than-ideal carrier, added to the frustration. Attempts to resolve shipment issues were met with limited options—ultimately forcing cancellation. Customer service compounded the problem, struggling with English proficiency and repeatedly entering the wrong address. This marks my third attempt to rectify my order, and the process has become tiresome. Sadly, a combination of shipping woes and communication barriers has left me dissatisfied, prompting me to reconsider future purchases from Old Navy's online platform.

Poor packaging and customer service
by Kim K.

The shipping packaging from ON is disappointingly cheap, leading to missing items. Attempts to resolve the issue have been futile, as ON refuses to replace or refund. The apparent lack of care in packing and indifference toward customer concerns have resulted in the loss of my business.
