    If I could give zero stars, I would. Paid $102.06 for two bras that did not fit or work as advertised. Instead of a refund, the company tried to bargain with partial offers ($25, $35, then $45). I returned the items to the address they provided and am now stuck in an endless email back-and-forth (17+ emails) with no refund. Reported to NSW Fair Trading and the ACCC. Buyer beware.

    I ordered 4 three packs of bras on their Christmas sale. They sent me 4 bras total. There was no phone number, so I used the email, attaching a screenshot of my order. FOUR TIMES they responded saying my order was delivered with me responding, yes, PART was delivered, where is the rest. They STILL just ignored what I actually said. I like the bras, but the customer service and way they took my money without giving me what I paid for is a scam. I have the screenshots as proof of what I ordered and sent them over and over again. They would have gotten 5 stars on the bra quality, but the scam part makes that part useless

    Er is besteld met betaling achteraf, maar wij hebben niets ontvangen en niets besteld. Dekbed-discounter bevestigd zelf dat het om fraude gaat. Dus aangifte gedaan, maar het blijft doorgaan. Wanneer gaan jullie helpen. Ik ben niet eens klant.
