I ordered two dresses from LikeMyChoice, spending over AU$152, and both items arrived completely different from the advertised fit and proportions. The quality and sizing were nothing like the photos — one dress was extremely long and unwearable, the other didn’t fit the advertised shape at all.
When I contacted customer service to request a return (as instructed by their own website), they refused to provide a return address and kept repeating a generic “policy” that doesn’t actually exist on their website. Instead of helping, they offered me a ridiculous AU$12 “partial refund” for two dresses worth over $150.
Their responses were repetitive, dismissive, and clearly intended to avoid processing a real refund. It felt like they were just trying to wear me down so I would give up.
I’ve had to escalate the issue to my bank/PayPal and the ACCC because they refuse to provide a fair or legal resolution.
Save your money and avoid the stress — do NOT order from LikeMyChoice.
The photos on the website are misleading, the return policy is not honoured, and the customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
