I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, especially if you're in the UK. I paid £20 for delivery, but was surprised with an extra £54 in duty charges. When I contacted customer service, I kept getting the same standard reply, saying their shipping details are on their website and that they aren’t responsible for duty/shipping costs. Although the info is on their site, it’s hidden in the shipping policy section. Most people don’t check these details unless there’s a problem, and usually expect clear info at checkout or in the main parts of the site. I get that the company can’t control duty taxes, but they clearly know how this affects customers. It seems they hide this info on purpose, knowing it might stop people from buying. The customer service was blunt and not friendly at all. I was eager to try this brand, but the bad experience I had spoiled it completely. To make things worse, I still haven’t received my items after spending £300. The company won’t cancel or refund my order and refuses returns, sticking to their policy. This has been a costly and disappointing experience, and I won’t shop with or suggest this brand again. It feels like they care more about quick profit than long-term customer satisfaction.

I bought a shirt and shorts for my friend. They sent the shorts but later said they didn't have the shirt. When I asked for a refund for the shorts, they said I had to pay for return shipping and would only give me store credit. The customer service people were really rude and not helpful at all. Also, the clothes don't look like they do in the pictures on the website. I suggest not using this website. I noticed other reviews with similar problems. Their customer service team responds to these reviews asking people to contact them, but they don't actually solve the issues. It's obvious they have bad customer service all the time. I'm going to try to fix this, and others should too.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my shopping experience, enjoying most of my outfits. However, returning items internationally has been a challenge. The process of returning just one outfit for store credit has proven difficult, highlighting the need for improved international return procedures. Despite this inconvenience, I appreciate the quality of the clothing and the overall shopping experience.

The service was great and the team was really nice. The delivery was super fast! I bought a Calista Green dress in two sizes because I wasn’t sure which one would work for me. With the help of the team, I managed to send back the one I didn't wear. The dress looked lovely, and I got lots of compliments at the wedding I attended. I will surely shop here again!

The clothes aren't like the pictures on the website. The refund policy is tricky. They say you can get a refund within 30 days if you don't wear the clothes, but actually, you only get store credit. I don't want store credit because I won't buy from them again. I didn't even try on the clothes because they look nothing like what I thought I was buying.

Ship back to Australia, costs a ton from the US, not worth it, waste of money. One item is bad but they're picky without seeing it. This company feels like a scam, avoid it!

Regrettably, I've had issues with Runaway twice now. The sizes didn't match despite following their guide and model's size. Both a top and a dress I bought were too small. Can't exchange due to no option, and returning would cost more than the item. Disappointed since I like their styles.

Bought a Dress needed for an event quickly & realized it may not arrive in time. Bought standard shipping & emailed customer service to see if I could pay for upgrade to express. The kind customer service agent upgraded me for free! So thankful for this experience!

The quality is cheep for the price you pay. I bought lots of clothes during the mid year sale. First timer but won't shop here again. I'd prefer to spend same or more elsewhere for better quality clothes. One good thing is they ship fast, so it comes quick.

I've bought from Runaway a few times & found their stuff cool, special & well made. My last buy had a hiccup with one piece not available. Their CS team emailed me fast to fix it, switched the item to my pick & sent it quick. Legands

The clothes are alright. It varies. I got a skirt that was nice and looked like the picture. But a bodysuit looked cheap. It's hit or miss. If you're in America, be cautious because returns go all the way to Australia.
