    I got me some Allbirds Runing Shoes from Swap last week. It came real quick. The packagin' was good, kept my stuff safe. Them folks at customer service were real nice, kept me in the loop. I had a question 'bout the shoes, and they got back to me fast. All in all, Swap.com did good, lookin' forward to my next buy.

    To be honest, I like this better than eBay. It’s great to view the device ids and have open comment sections where common questions get answered. I wish there was an option to exclude repeat seller businesses, and they could use a few more filters (like scratched screen instead of just fair to mint).

    I really liked what I got from Swap.

    I really liked what I got from Swap. The stuff, especially the ties and dress shirt, were all nice and seemed new, but cheaper. I always shop there since I found lots of good deals on designer clothes and things I can't find elsewhere. Better to shop here before stores or online.

    Swap has a great variety of items and lets you filter by size

    Swap has a great variety of items and lets you filter by size, style, condition, and price. However, the site only gives 2 views of each product, one from the front and one from the back, with very simple descriptions. The biggest downside is the shipping fees and slow delivery times.

    If you get what you want, good! I like getting cheap clothes. But if not, the "refund code" is a problem. I got a code for store credit, but the instructions on how to use it don't work. Tried contacting customer service a month ago - no response. Disappointing. Wanted to use the store credit, but can't.

    I used to enjoy Swap, but they've made some major changes. I placed an order and waited over a month to get it. I reached out to customer service four times without any response. Their phone line even seemed to be out of service. Additionally, logging into your account requires a security code that can take up to 24 hours to arrive. When my order finally arrived, I tried to return the items that didn’t fit and was refused. Now I have $75 worth of clothes that don’t fit. I've bought some of my favorite clothes from them before, and they used to offer free return shipping. I won’t be shopping with them anymore.

    We sent 25 high quality name brand items and they confirmed getting the box but kept delaying sending the items. They lost the items and said they would give us $100, but that was a false promise and we never got it. They kept us waiting for over a year.     After they switched to a new platform, all my info vanished. All my things up for sale vanished too. Somehow, I found one item, and it was sold. But I never got any notice or my cut from the sale. Feels like they took my money. Emailed them multiple times, but no reply. Even went to the BBB, but no luck.

    I helped my 91 year old mother pack a box full of high end never worn or barely worn clothes and shoes. Swap com confirmed receipt but lost box during move. They kept saying they would post items. Never gave us money. Finally said items were lost and promised meager $100 but then never sent that either. Use Poshmark instead. Who cheats a 91 year old woman for more than a year?

    What’s going on with swap? What’s the deal??? It’s awful now! The sizes are all messed up when you look at clothes; the prices are way too high, nothing under $5 anymore. They ruined this site.
