One of the most disappointing shopping experiences I've encountered recently was with Baltini.com. I placed an order for two items that were supposed to ship separately. The first package arrived without any issues. However, I'm still awaiting the second package, even past its expected delivery date. When I reached out to the store a day after the expected delivery date, their response was disheartening. They claimed that sometimes shipments are marked as delivered but actually arrive the next day. But two days after the expected delivery date, the package was still missing. Upon further communication, they demanded an array of documents and even a police report to initiate an investigation that could stretch up to 10 days. This effectively shifted the responsibility for their shipping problem onto me, while they held onto my 1850EUR, essentially for an undelivered item. Interestingly, they had charged an additional 31EUR for package insurance, which now seemed like a ploy to deceive customers for their own gain. To those reading this, I advise extreme caution. While ordering might not pose problems, any shipping issues will become your burden. Be ready to take on the role of a courier in chasing your product or funds. Adore adore adore the Valentino bag a lot. I've been eyeing the bag for a while sadly the color is not available in Singapore. TBH I was very surprised that Baltini CS took the effort to send me pictures of the bag as I wanted to check out the actual color of the bag before purchasing. And the CS responded to my emails in promptly! There were some delays during ordering because most of the Baltini emails went into my junk folder, But DHL shipping was fast and the bag arrived in like 2 days after it was picked up! Another boutique Danielle also selling the bag at a much cheaper price but I decided to stick with Baltini because of its superb CS and heard Danielle has issues with its CS. I will definitely return to Baltini without fail!

They responded promptly and said it was just part of the processing and not to worry. The following week they informed me lost the jacket altogether and had no replacements. Never in million years would I have bought a single $350 in shipping and taxes. Based on other reviews, this is something the company is know for.

I discovered Baltini when looking for fancy shoes. The cost was good, but I hadn't heard of them. Looked for info, found nothing bad. So, gave it a shot. Shoes came quick. Sadly, too big. Had to send back. Returning was easy. Service was good. Will try again when they have my size.
