I've been shopping at Target

I've been shopping at Target online for a while now, but lately, they've really gone downhill. Recently, I made an order on March 27, 2024, which they ended up cancelling without any explanation. Trying to sort it out was a nightmare. I talked to four different customer service representatives, but none of them could give me a straight answer. They kept blaming my credit card, even though I've never had any problems using it anywhere else. Their customer service is the absolute worst! I've had enough of Target. I've even deleted them from my email account. It's really disappointing to see such a decline in this company.

Last week, I went to my local Target store to pay

Last week, I went to my local Target store to pay my Red Card bill by check, as usual. I found out that they no longer accept checks and I had no prior notice about this change. I called early the next morning and made my payment. They took off the late fee but said they can't remove the interest (twice in 12 months). I talked with a supervisor named April from the Philippines who mentioned they had removed the interest before but hung up when I asked to speak with her manager.

Target.com's shipping is atrocious.

Target.com's shipping is atrocious. My recent orders were returned due to poor packaging, causing items to bounce and leak. Often, I receive damaged, wet boxes. My latest order never arrived! Customer service promptly refunded it, claiming it was "lost in mail" (despite delivery email). Checked cameras, package never came. No more shipping from Target for me.

Need to train cashiers better.

Need to train cashiers better. Had trouble with splitting bill. Cashier charged full amount to gift card, even though I said to split it. Then acted surprised about gift card balance. Had to fix it at customer service. Not impressed with this store. Only went to use gift card.
