I ordered four items from Merchbar, and the confirmation email showed everything was on track. However, a few days later, I noticed one item was missing. What's even more puzzling is that the subtotal for the three remaining items was $180 when it should have been $120. With shipping, the total should have been just over $180, but I was charged over $200. I'm left bewildered by these discrepancies and the seemingly inflated charges. The experience has left me questioning the transparency of their billing and order fulfillment processes.

I bought a CD I really wanted for $20 on February 24. It's been 24 days and my order is still stuck on "ORDER PLACED." It didn't say it was on backorder, and it said there were only a few left. There was no delivery date listed, but it shouldn't have taken this long. I canceled my order since it was only on "ORDER PLACED," but I still haven't received my refund.

In my opinion, the company ain't all that great. I linked my PayPal at checkout and it charged me automatically ($62), which made me angry. But I called them for a refund and it was fast and simple. I got my money back the next day at 7am. I suggest typing your card details instead of linking PayPal. They should add a purchase confirmation.

I've been waiting for my order for three months now. Despite all items being listed as in stock when I placed the order, I never received it. When I inquired, I was told it's on back order. It feels like a questionable practice. Merchbar claims that all they can see is that it's processing.
