After buying my things, NOMAD, the seller, told me the items I got were gone. Now, she won't reply to me. I'll tell the officials about NOMAD. Don't get berber baskets from her shop. She's doing a scam.

I'm really disappointed
by JORDAN

I'm really disappointed with Storenvy. My shop got disabled without any explanation. I've been trying to reach out to them for months but haven't received any response. It's frustrating to see all my items down with just a generic message. Marketplaces like Storenvy shouldn't operate like this. It's unprofessional and disappointing.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. AVOID
by Carol

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DECEPTIVE. I thought they were offering a product from a company I used to like. I placed an order. After a month of waiting with no sign of my order, I found out that the company had CLOSED DOWN YEARS AGO. Storenvy was quick to take my money, but not so keen on confirming if the sellers were even real. Their useless advice? Contact the (defunct) company. I explained countless times that contacting them was impossible - they were as reachable as Abraham Lincoln. So now I'm out $50 because they couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum. Who benefited from my $50? Certainly not the defunct company. And Storenvy didn't care to issue a refund, so I guess THEY pocketed the cash. It's just $50, but the principle matters. To anyone reading this? STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY.

Data-mining suspicions? I signed
by Anonymous

Data-mining suspicions? I signed up for a store, handed over all my personal details, and granted access to my PayPal. However, upon logging in again, I'm met with a blunt message stating my account is now "disabled." No email, no heads-up, no clarification. Questionable, right?

Ordered a dress for my daughter's prom.
by Brian

Ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. Encountered site issues and promptly canceled. The promised refund within 72 hours remains elusive. Daily contact yields assurances that the finance manager will process it, but no action follows. Despite the website claiming a Riverside, CA base, the PayPal payment indicates a Chinese origin. sugerdress.storenvy.com is a total letdown, a deceptive operation not worth your time.

Ordered from Belladonna Home Decor
by Karen

Ordered from Belladonna Home Decor on Storenvy, faced a nightmare. No response to emails, delayed tracking with a useless free poster. After multiple complaints, promised refund dragged on for weeks. Even with credit card intervention, the company dodged responsibility. Storenvy's lack of merchant vetting and indifference to unethical practices compounds the issue. Beware of this shady business, exercise caution, and report to consumer protection agencies for a fighting chance against these scammers. Avoid the frustration; steer clear of this untrustworthy company.

Potential data-mining concerns
by Tycliel

Potential data-mining concerns raised suspicions after I signed up for this store. Despite sharing personal details and granting access to my PayPal, my account mysteriously got "disabled" without any prior notice or explanation upon my subsequent login. The lack of communication is unsettling and prompts skepticism about the legitimacy of this company's operations.

Store Envy's significant issue with inactivity
by Pat

Store Envy's significant issue with inactivity is deeply concerning. Despite the platform's premise of allowing individuals to set up shops, my experience with four different sellers has been disappointing. None of them fulfilled my orders, leading to a frustrating cycle of emails and eventual resorting to Paypal chargebacks. The lack of a cancellation option during processing and a subpar, non-public rating system adds to the dismay. Accountability is sorely lacking; if multiple customers resort to chargebacks, the platform should take action. Sadly, Store Envy seems to distance itself from such responsibilities, making it an untrustworthy choice for shoppers.

I am NOT CHRIS SLEDGE
by CHRIS SLEDGE

I am NOT CHRIS SLEDGE. I ordered boots from Storenvy, attracted by the California location instead of China. Despite the exorbitant $50 shipping, I proceeded. Tragically, my son passed away on December 24th. Post-holidays, seeking a refund, Storenvy redirected me to kmA.specials1. The refund process has been a nightmare; kmA.specials1 falsely claimed they hadn't received the return, despite a prepaid postage. PayPal refunded initially, but the charge was reapplied. kmA.specials1 refuses to provide an address. My complaint with PayPal credit has been escalated. Storenvy is complicit in promoting this reprehensible company.
